How fresh is the tea?+
Every pack is filled factory-fresh from our own estates and processing units in the Nilgiris. Each lot is cup-tested before it ships — you get the same leaf we serve in our own tastings.
How long does delivery take?+
We dispatch retail orders within 1–2 business days. Pan-India delivery typically follows in a few days depending on your pin code. Tracking is shared by email and WhatsApp once the courier picks up.
What are the shipping charges?+
Shipping is free when you meet our minimum order quantity. For smaller orders or carton/bulk rates, message our team — we'll confirm the best option before you pay.
Can I return or exchange tea?+
Tea is a food product, so standard returns are not offered. If something arrives damaged or doesn't match what we quoted, contact us right away — quality issues are handled case by case.
How do I pay? Is it secure?+
Checkout is processed securely via Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking). We do not store your card or UPI credentials on our servers.
Do you sell in bulk for offices or cafés?+
Yes. Hotels, cafés, offices, and trade buyers can order through our Arthibala line or request a bulk quote from any product page — we'll recommend the right blend and volume pricing.
