Refund & replacement policy
Tea is a perishable product, so we keep returns simple but specific. We always try to do right by the cup.

Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong SKU, write to us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the package and contents. We will ship a replacement at our cost.
Quality concerns
Not happy with a tea? Reach out within 7 days of delivery. For valid quality concerns (off-flavour, contamination, mislabelled lot) we issue a full refund or replacement after a quick review.
Change of mind
Because tea is a sealed food product, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns once a pouch is opened. Unopened, unmarked packs can be returned within 7 days — return shipping is on the customer.
B2B orders
Bulk and custom-blend orders are treated as bespoke production. Refunds for these are handled case-by-case against the agreement in the Zoho Books estimate. Sample lots can be returned, but the production lot specified in the estimate is non-refundable once we begin packing.
How to start a request
Email office@forestbrewstea.com with your order ID or inquiry reference (FB-…), photos if relevant, and a short note. We aim to respond within 1 business day.
