Shipping & dispatch policy
We ship pan-India through trusted courier partners. Here's how the journey from our packing line to your kitchen works.

Shipping charges
Orders of ₹999 or more qualify for free shipping anywhere in India. For smaller orders, courier is charged by total cart weight (rounded up to the next full kg): • Tamil Nadu — ₹30 per kg • All other states — ₹50 per kg The exact shipping amount is shown in your cart once you select your state, and again at Razorpay checkout before you pay.
Order processing
Orders placed before 2 PM IST on business days are usually picked the same day. Orders placed after, or on weekends, are processed on the next working day.
Delivery windows
Metro cities: 2–4 business days. Tier-2 & tier-3 cities: 4–7 business days. Remote pin codes or weather-affected routes may take longer; we will reach out on WhatsApp if so.
Tracking
Once dispatched, you receive a tracking link by email and on WhatsApp. The link is live throughout the shipment.
Bulk & business orders
B2B shipments dispatch within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. Larger consignments (50 kg+) may move on a freight slab — we coordinate directly on WhatsApp.
Failed delivery
If the courier marks delivery failed twice, we reach out before reattempting. If the address turns out incorrect we'll either redirect (where the courier supports it) or refund minus return shipping.
