What we collect
Contact details (name, email, phone), business details (name, role, GSTIN, city) when you fill an inquiry, and order details (items, address, payment status) when you check out.
How we use it
Strictly to fulfil orders, prepare quotes, send transactional updates (order confirmation, dispatch, payment status), and answer your messages. We never sell your data.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay (B2C) or via Zoho Books invoice payment links (B2B). We do not store card numbers, UPI handles, or banking details on our servers.
Marketing & newsletters
If you opt into our newsletter, we'll email occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time from the footer of any email.
Cookies & analytics
We use minimal cookies for cart state and Google Analytics (GA4) to understand which pages are visited and how the site is used. Analytics data is processed by Google; see Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. We do not run ad-tracking pixels.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete it, or correct anything wrong. Write to office@forestbrewstea.com and we'll act within 30 days.
