Returns and Refund Policy for Forest Brews Tea Company

Thank you for shopping at Forest Brews Tea Company. We pride ourselves on offering the finest quality teas. Please read our policy on returns and refunds carefully.
1. General Policy
Our goal is to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchase. However, due to the perishable nature of tea, we have a strict policy regarding returns and refunds.
All requests for returns, exchanges, or refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis. The decision to accept a return, issue a refund, or offer an exchange is solely at the discretion of Forest Brews Tea Company.
2. How to Initiate a Return Request
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product. To initiate a request, please email us at office@forestbrewstea.com with the following details:
- Your full name and contact information.
- Order Number.
- A clear description of the issue.
- Photographic evidence of the product, including the packaging and any visible defects.
Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery or without the required information may not be considered.
3. Conditions for Consideration
While all decisions are subject to our discretion, we will generally consider requests under the following conditions:
- The product was damaged during transit.
- You received an incorrect item.
- There is a clear quality issue with the product.
Please note that dissatisfaction based on personal taste preferences may not be considered a valid reason for a refund.
4. Product Condition for Returns
If your return request is approved, we may ask you to ship the product back to us. The item must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Products that have been used or opened may not be eligible for a refund or exchange, unless there is a quality defect approved by us.
5. Process of Approval
Once we receive your request and inspect the evidence provided (and the returned item, if applicable), we will notify you of our decision via email.
6. Refunds and Exchanges
If your request for a refund is approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If an exchange is approved, we will ship the replacement item to you at our expense.
